To return your items, follow the steps below to ship your items back in all original packaging, unworn and in original condition with all tags attached.

Start a Return


Once your request has been approved by our team, you will receive an email with your return information. Please check your junk mail as it can sometimes be redirected there.

1. Visit our returns portal to start your return.

2. Use your order number* and the email address used to place the order.

3. Select the items you would like to return.

4. Follow the prompts and select if you would like to exchange the items or receive a refund to store credit or original payment method. Returns are subject to shipping and restocking fees, these are deducted from your refund or charged when your return is submitted. If you opt for an exchange or store credit, the restocking fee will be waived.

5. Once processed you will receive a printable return shipping label to your inbox.

6. Repackage the items, as shown below, print and attach your shipping label to the parcel and drop at your local post office or post box.

7. Please allow up to 48 hours processing time once your return is received at our warehouse.
