ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We aim to dispatch all orders within a 24 – 48 hour period, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) AEST from Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast.

Express orders placed before 2pm AEST will be dispatched the same day. Express orders placed after 2pm AEST or on weekends will be dispatched the following business day.

Orders placed during a promotion, re-stocking or holiday period, please allow an additional 2-5 business days for processing.

Package protection insurance is optional, and available for both standard and express shipping services for an additional $9. Rest assured if anything should happen, we’ve got you covered!

All orders are sent via Australia Post and are sent with an "Authority to Leave".

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation which will include your tracking number. Please allow up to 12 hours for your tracking number to be active.

If you have created an account with us, you will be able to view the status of your order online when you log into your account.

During promotions, peak periods or public holidays, please allow up to 2-5 additional business days for processing and handling. This is in addition to the shipping timeframe quoted at checkout.

Unfortunately, due to parcel size restrictions, the following styles remain unavailable to ship to Germany and will be removed from the cart automatically.
